Obstructed Inguinal Littre's Hernia: A Vague Presentation

Abstract Littre's hernia (LH) is a very rare presentation in patients presenting with hernias. It the presence of Meckel's diverticulum (MD) sac. However, it usually presents obstruction or strangulation. We are reporting here case 42-year-old male patient who presented an irreducible swelling left inguinal region. The diagnosis incarcerated indirect was made preoperatively. Intraoperative finding however obstructed uniquely appearing successfully managed by resection MD along ileal segment, primary anastomosis, and mesh hernioplasty on floor.
